These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ManageMyMap website and Google Business Profile management services provided by Mike Martin ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide Google Business Profile management, optimisation, and SEO services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Google Business Profile audit and optimisation
• Creation and uploading of posts and images
• Review cycle management and professional responses
• Ongoing ranking signal monitoring

3. Client Obligations

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and maintain access to your Google Business Profile
• Supply a monthly list of customer email addresses for review requests
• Provide business images as available
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Ensure all information provided to us is accurate and that you have permission to share customer email addresses for review purposes

4. Payment Terms

Our services are billed monthly at the agreed rate. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While our system is designed to improve and maintain your Google Business Profile visibility, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, positions in the Google Maps 3-Pack, or a particular volume of enquiries. Search engine algorithms are controlled by Google and are subject to change without notice. Our service focuses on consistent, structured management that follows established best practices.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

Content created by us for your Google Business Profile (posts, images, responses) is created on your behalf and becomes your property. The ManageMyMap brand, website content, and proprietary systems remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the month in which any claim arises. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
